DESIGN, ENGINEERING AND ESTIMATING

Bugarrba offers in-house design schemes specific for each project to any type and scale. Our team of estimators are able to satisfy all your pricing requirements including fixed lump sum, tenders, budget estimates or schedule of rates.

SCAFFOLD INSTALLATION

Our wet hire services provide an on-site workforce of experienced scaffolders, wherever your project may be. This is supported by our team of professionals who utilise customised management packages to deliver projects on time and on budget.

MATERIAL HOISTS

Bugarrba provides a range of hoists from 100kg through to 3 tonne including material hoists, combi lifts and winches.

MAINTENANCE AND WORKSHOPS

All our equipment is fully maintained and serviced in accordance with strict guidelines, the manufacturer’s recommendations and in compliance with the relevant industry standards and regulations. We guarantee quality and reliability of equipment, backed by our strict maintenance policy and quality management systems.

About

The traditional lands of the Njamal people cover over 42,000km2 within the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Its landscape is steeped in cultural significance and connection to Country for the Njamal people. They refer to these lands and Country as Bugarrba.

The creation of Bugarrba as an Aboriginal contracting business was realised when Walganbung (51%) and SRG Global (49%) joined visions to establish a Pilbara scaffolding and access solutions business based on shared values and social objectives.

Its vision, to provide meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities for the Njamal people and broader Aboriginal communities in the Pilbara.

Based in the Pilbara, Bugarrba is seeking to provide traineeships, work experience and long-term career paths for its local communities. It will combine on-site and community mentoring with SRG’s state-of-the-art training and development centre located next to the Perth domestic airport to provide training, certification and ongoing development for all Bugarrba employees.

By partnering together, we unite the network and relationships of one of the largest traditional owners in the Pilbara with the state’s largest scaffold and access solutions service provider.

Jessica Wilson is a Njamal and Yindjibarndi woman from the small town of Roebourne in the Pilbara.

My Grandfather would sing songs to me from our Ancestors amongst the hills and red sands of Njamal Country – “Bugarrba”. This painting reflects those fond memories and connection to Country.

Bugarrba is backed by SRG Global, an engineering-led specialist asset services, mining services and construction group listed on the ASX.
